We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support decision-making with accurate financial reporting. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, preparing financial statements, and assisting in audits and tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping using accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and statutory compliance
- File GST, TDS, and income tax returns and manage tax audits.
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Monitor and control business expenses, including reimbursements.
- Assist in internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
- Provide insights on cost optimization and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
